When will my order ship?

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days after confirmation unless otherwise stated.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! For orders within Australia, enjoy free shipping on purchases over $100. Otherwise, a flat shipping rate of $10 applies.

Do you ship internationally?

We offer international shipping! Shipping fees and delivery timelines will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the courier’s schedule.

 

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item, provided it’s unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

Customized items, such as products with name embroidery, are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there’s an issue with the order (e.g., wrong name, color, or defect).
