*In their original packaging.

*Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Customized products (such as name embroidery orders) are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. However, if there’s an issue with your customized order (e.g., wrong name, color, or a defect), please reach out—we’ll work to make it right.

To initiate a return, email us at hello@pebblestacker.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as they will not be accepted.

 

Damages or Issues

We carefully inspect every item, but if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please email us right away. We’ll address the issue promptly to ensure your satisfaction.

 

Exchanges

Need something different? The quickest way to exchange an item is to process a return for the original product and place a new order for the replacement.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

While we strive to ensure your package reaches you, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, please contact your local post office to file a claim.

 

Refunds
